ad365 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Player Rights & Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ad365 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ad365 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://ad365.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By accessing the ad365 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any manner, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a person who has been previously suspended or excluded from the ad365 platform.

ad365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are governed by the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online gaming platforms. In the event of any ambiguity, terms shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the reasonable expectations of a Bangladeshi player using the platform for lawful recreational gaming.

Access to ad365 and participation in any real-money activity on the platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawal of winnings — is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Age Verification: ad365 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, players are required to submit valid identity documentation — a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — confirming that they are 18 years of age or older. ad365 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle, including immediately upon registration.

Underage Access: If ad365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all funds deposited will be returned to the source of the deposit. No winnings generated on an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

Parental Responsibility: If you are a parent or guardian and suspect that a minor in your household has accessed ad365, please contact our support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. We will investigate and take immediate action. We also recommend using parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gambling platforms.

To participate in any real-money activity on ad365, you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to all eligible players in Bangladesh. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent times when updating your account details. Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ad365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ad365 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been performed by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify ad365 support immediately.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): ad365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. 2FA is available via SMS OTP to all registered Bangladeshi mobile numbers on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel, and Teletalk networks. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

Account Security Obligations: You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your ad365 account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Never allow any other person to access or use your ad365 account.
• Notify ad365 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible.

You will be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address issued within the past three months, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. All financial transactions on ad365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform does not apply any currency conversion to player account balances. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ad365 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposit transactions as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposit Processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically confirmed and credited to your ad365 account balance within 5 minutes of the transaction being initiated. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Requirements: To submit a withdrawal request, your account must:

• Have completed KYC identity verification.
• Have a verified payment method on file.
• Have met the wagering requirements for any active bonus (if applicable).
• Have a positive BDT balance equal to or greater than the withdrawal amount requested.

Withdrawal Processing Times: ad365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically received by the player within 2 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawal to Deposit Source: For anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance, ad365 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that was not used to deposit on your account.

Transaction Fees: ad365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in BDT. Your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges independently of ad365. ad365 is not responsible for any third-party fees applied by payment processors.

ad365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses on the ad365 platform unless an individual offer states otherwise:

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household, device, or IP address. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and has a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it — or any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn as real money. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date, typically 7–30 days from the date of award. • Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• ad365 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, or BPL fixtures are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

All betting and gaming activity on ad365 is subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market, as well as the general platform rules set out in this section. By placing a bet or wagering real money on any game on ad365, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on ad365. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. Bet limits may vary by game provider, game type, and player account tier. ad365 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and without notice.

Casino Games — RNG Certification: All RNG-based casino games on ad365 — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. The outcomes of these games are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are independently audited and represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games on ad365 are provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These games are operated under the independent licences and game rules of the respective providers. ad365 acts as a platform intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct of live dealer game sessions, which are governed by the providers' own game rules and terms of service.

Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets: Sports betting markets on ad365 cover BPL cricket, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, T20 World Cup, IPL, and a range of other sports including football, kabaddi, hockey, and snooker. Bet settlement is based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure during a game session or bet placement, ad365 reserves the right to declare the relevant game round or bet void and return the corresponding stake to the player's account. ad365 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by the player's device, internet connection, or third-party infrastructure.

Error in Odds or Payouts: ad365 reserves the right to correct any obvious error in displayed odds, payout tables, or game rules. If a bet is placed at erroneously published odds or on the basis of a clear pricing error, ad365 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ad365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use ad365 by any person under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one ad365 account per individual, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after funds have been used for betting or gaming on ad365.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players in any live dealer game, sports betting market, or tournament to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, and coordinated betting patterns.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, bonus stacking not permitted by individual bonus terms, or any other strategy designed to gain a systematic advantage from promotional offers without genuine wagering intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the ad365 platform to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, or to launder, conceal, or convert proceeds of crime through gaming transactions.
• Automated Play: Using robots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the ad365 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting known software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate winnings or bonuses that would not have been awarded under normal operating conditions.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing ad365 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your ad365 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, ad365 will confirm your identity, settle any outstanding bets, and process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining BDT balance. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion from the ad365 platform. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely are available. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Platform-Initiated Suspension: ad365 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being operated in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• There is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity on the account.
• The account is associated with a money laundering investigation.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirement obliges ad365 to restrict the account.

Balances on Closure: Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms has occurred, the remaining BDT balance will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method used on the account, subject to completion of KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ad365 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the nature and extent of the breach.

Reopening Requests: Players who have voluntarily closed their account and subsequently wish to reopen it may contact support. Reopening is subject to a 30-day cooling-off period from the date of closure. Accounts closed for breach of Terms are not eligible for reopening under any circumstances. Accounts subject to self-exclusion may not be reopened before the self-exclusion period expires.

Governing Principles: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the principles of fair dealing applicable to international online gaming platforms.
